Con O’Brien

Con O'Brien on SEA AND BE SCENE And HEARD

Broadcast Date – November 13, 2024

Our chats will be just that very conversational, not entirely sensible and with any luck totally enjoyable. As for today’s guest – well it’s true when they say – all good things come to those who wait – for as long as Sea and be Scene’s been on the go I’ve been out here cheering on this man and his band. Mind you, I was a fan long before then. In fact this coming spring The Irish Descendants will be celebrating 35 music-making, award-winning, world-touring years together and they’ll be marking the monumental occasion with an extraordinary audio visual package that’s a real MUST HAVE, so we’ll talk about that milestone and so much more, including their month-long star-studded Christmas Tour that’s set to kick off here along the south shore on November 22nd. We’ll also get to 1st Things First, play a long long over due round of INsights In 10 and spin as much of his marvellous music as we can within the hour. So with all that ahead we best get to it – here’s my telephone conversation with the one and only Con O’Brien.
