Now if you hang your hat here on the South Shore of Nova Scotia then you know we are in the throws of the busy season… for all kinds of reasons really, not the least of which is the 2026 edition of the world’s largest keel boat regatta aka Atlantic Yacht Sales Chester Race Week – on now at the legendary Chester Yacht Club from Wednesday August 12th through to Saturday August 15th. With epic race action on the water and so much more on the shore. Featuring stellar live music, a vibrant vendors market, yummy food trucks, spirited drink purveyors, dance parties and on the list goes. Naturally keen to get the scoop, we’re connecting today with the lady at the helm of all things PR surrounding this year’s race week, from the competing boats to the race courses to the entertainers and the sponsors – we’ll get all the awesome details. Plus, we’ll celebrate the sport of yacht racing itself and discover just how so many people pull together to put on such a world-class event. We’ll also learn about her own company, The Message Brand Communications, and even glean some truly great marketing advice.
