Our chats will be just that very conversational, not entirely sensible and with any luck totally enjoyable… and I was so looking forward to seeing down with today’s dynamic duo – Jordan Coaker and Kirsten Rodden-Clarke – who have been making waves in the East Coast Music Scene grabbing attention and award nominations in their Native Newfoundland for their first project MISTY MOUNTAINS and with their latest release GOLDEN HOUR seem perfectly positioned to break out big time. We met for a coffee just a week ago now during a free day from touring and just prior to their journey to PEI for ECMA week – there was plenty of ground to cover – from how they met to how they made this amazing music – plus some other great stuff including a new spin on 1st Things First and a fun round of would you rather – so without further ado here’s my conversation with Newfoundland’s own QUOTE THE RAVEN.
