Happy holidays indeed as this December one of our favourite NL fellas continues his steady stream of stellar work with the release of another feature film – Paradise, NL native Mark O’Brien stars in Parallel available on VOD December 11, 2020.
The psychological thriller tells the story of “a group of friends who stumble upon a mirror that serves as a portal to a ‘multiverse’, but soon discover that importing knowledge from the other side in order to better their lives brings increasingly dangerous consequences.“
Hopefully, you’re following Mark on Instagram at @markobrienforeal – it’s the best way to keep up with one of the busiest East Coast folks we know – and comes with the added bonus of catching great glimpses of his talented wife Georgina Reilly and their sweet daughter Penelope.
After a year that included critical acclaim for his dramatic turn in Christian Sparkes HAMMER – Mark’s New Year is on track to outshine them all. Stay tuned for Mr.O’Brien’s co-starring role in Justin Chon’s highly anticipated BLUE BAYOU this coming June, and on track for a 2021 release Mark’s feature film directorial debut THE RIGHTEOUS, a horror thriller which he also wrote and in which he stars alongside Henry Czerny and Mimi Kuzyk. Mark headed back to the homeland to shoot THE RIGHTEOUS and we simply can’t wait to see it!
