SEA AND BE SCENE... And HEARD Watch & Listen

Brooklyn Blackmore

Brooklyn Blackmore on SEA AND BE SCENE and HEARD 2021

Broadcast Date – November 17, 2021

Our chats will be just that very conversational, not entirely sensible and with any luck totally enjoyable…

And I knew from the moment I crossed paths with today’s guest we’d be in for a great time of it. You see, this past summer COVE FM was proud to be a sponsor of the Mahone Bay Music Association’s Summer Concert Series.  Held every Wednesday evening, which as luck would have it, always came complete with the loveliest weather and an incredible cornucopia of talented East Coast artists. Some who’s names I’d heard of and who’s music I’d enjoyed for years and others with fresh faces and some fantastic new tunes for my ears. Today’s guest falls into the latter category so I was keen to get to know her and learn all about her musical journey to where she finds herself today – having just released a stellar new single co-written with one of Canada’s biggest Country music stars (and no stranger to SEA AND BE SCENE…And HEARDAaron Goodvin. So we’ll get the scoop behind their fantastic collaboration and so much more – including how her first music video and her fabulous mother factored into the process. We’ll also discover how her love for music began and which East Coast Superstar we have to credit for that initial inspiration. Plus we’ll get to First Things First, play a fun round of INsights IN 10 and spin as much of her marvellous music as we can squeeze in within the hour so with all that ahead we best get to it. Here’s my telephone conversation with the one and only Brooklyn Blackmore (see player at the bottom of this post)
