SEA AND BE SCENE... And HEARD Watch & Listen

Susan Diamond on SEA AND BE SCENE and HEARD 2022

Broadcast Date – January 26, 2022

Our chats will be just that very conversational, not entirely sensible and with any luck totally enjoyable.

And first, let me say – joyful for two big reasons today.  The first – I HAVE POWER!!! And heat and internet again. So grateful to all the crews and service people who got my world back on the rails after that big storm last week, when an 80-foot tree fell and tore everything electrical out of my house. So happy my little show is back in business, which brings me to the second joyful reason – today’s guest.

Now there have been a ton of tremendous rewards I’ve gathered from this celebration of Atlantic Canada, not the least of which is curating a roster of really exceptional EAST COAST EXPERTS… in every field. Those fantastic folks have really become great go-tos for awesome advice in their industry. Today’s guest is just that when it comes to all things real estate! In fact, it was just about a year ago that we first had her on SEA AND BE SCENE… And HEARD, and while it was awesome to hear about her previous career in Nova Scotia’s film and television industry – I really had her on the show to get the real deal on the crazy state of the housing market in January of 2021. Fast forward to January 2022 and – just when we thought things couldn’t get more bananas – here we go again. That’s why I’ve called upon my official real estate expert – real estate advisor Susan Diamond – so we can chat about the state of the market here in Nova Scotia, and get the lay of the land here in ‘hood on the South Shore. And since she’s got that film and TV background and I love soundtrack music so much we’ll spin some tunes from movies about real estate, discuss storylines and get some truly expert advice for when it comes to buying and selling homes. So with all that ahead we best get to it – here’s my sit-down chat with the one and only Susan Diamond.
