It was during SEA AND BE SCENE TV’s recent visit to the beautiful St.Andrew’s By the Sea that we checked into the historic and brilliantly re-imagined Algonquin Resort! It is without question…. spectacular – as is the amazing resort staff. And naturally, when we heard one of them was willing to give us a crash course in cake decorating – we were in! Truthfully they had us at ‘cake’, but their wonderfully gifted Pastry Chef Nicole Robichaud gave us all the tricks we need to work with fondant and we’re ever so grateful.
