Our chats will be just that, very conversational, not entirely sensible and with any luck totally enjoyable. Now there’s an old adage that says “when you need something done, ask a busy person!” And listen, I know today’s guest is always busy doing something wonderfully creative – but since I really wanted to chat about this season’s entertaining slate of productions at Grafton Street Dinner Theatre, I could think of no one better than the fantastic force at the helm of all that hilarity. So yes, I’m interrupting her busy schedule so we can talk about the shows and so much more, including what it takes to cast each musical and the truly special skills each performer needs to bring to the table – literally! We’ll also talk about the experience each guest can expect from the immersive 3 hours of engaging entertainment, to the fantastic food to the truly incredible sense of community. Plus, we’ll play a freshly installed edition of 1st Things First, launch a brand new game called The Very Last Thing and even spin some of the amazing music from this season’s Grafton Street Dinner Theatre line-up. So with all that ahead, we best get to it – here’s my phone call conversation with the Artistic Director herself, the one and only Kelley Edwards.
