It sure was a treat to reconnect with today’s guest – our paths first crossed when he hired me to work for his Corporate Communications Company back in the early nineties and I’ve been a full-on-fan of the man ever since! Tony Chapman’s brilliant mind for marketing and ability to drive strategically creative content for every one of his clients led to three extraordinarily successful businesses, a ton of awards and a dynamic career path that includes motivational speaking and television co-hosting, not to mention being THE go-to Media and Consumer expert on a bunch of TV and radio talk shows – and most recently hosting a dynamic new podcast CHATTER THAT MATTERS in which he “cuts through the chaos and confusion to make sense of what really matters to your life, your career trajectory, our community, and our planet.” All pretty pertinent stuff these days – especially with this global pandemic in full swing. Fair to say we’ve got a ton of ground to cover, so we’ll talk about all that and so much more including Tony’s great advice for artists in this time of self-isolation, his words of wisdom for small businesses weathering the COVID-19 crisis, and how tourism boards should re-focus on the other side of it all. Plus we’ll get in a fun round of 1st Things First and a long long overdue round of INsights IN 10 too. Please enjoy my telephone conversation with Kindred Spirit extraordinaire – the one and only Tony Chapman.
