Hang onto something as the oh so dark and creepy CHAPELWAITE will premiere on EPIX and CTV Sci-Fi this coming Sunday, August 22, 2021.
Oscar-winner Adrien Brody (THE PIANIST) stars as Captain Charles Boone “who relocates his family of three children to his ancestral home in the small, seemingly sleepy town of Preacher’s Corners, Maine after his wife dies at sea. However, Charles will soon have to confront the secrets of his family’s sordid history, and fight to end the darkness that has plagued the Boones for generations.”

CHAPELWAITE began filming here in the province of Nova Scotia on July 5, 2020, after being delayed from its original start date in April 2020 due to COVID-19.
As you’ll see from this #redband trailer things get seriously sinister and very vicious. Considered yourself warned!
Emily Hampshire (SCHITT’S CREEK) stars as Captian Boone’s confident Rebecca Morgan who also serves as governess to his three children Tane, Honor and Loa (played by Ian Ho, Jennifer Ens, and Sirena Gulamgaus respectively).

Based on the Short Story “Jerusalem’s Lot” by Stephen King and set in the 1850s, CHAPELWAITE has been expanded to a ten-episode series for which brothers Jason Filardi and Peter Filardi serve as executive producers and showrunners.
