Broadcast Date – July 19, 2023
Our chats will be just that very conversational, not entirely sensible and with any luck totally enjoyable and it truly was a treat to connect with today’s guest – not only to learn of his wonderful connection with and career in the theatre throughout North America but to celebrate the stellar selection of theatre productions happening right here in the province this summer. And as the Executive Director of Theatre Nova Scotia today’s guest will give us the run down on all the incredible entertainment to be enjoyed and provide the perfect perspective on the variety of venues that will host this season’s offering. We’ll also learn what his organization does to ensure local stages reach a bigger audience and get some tips on making your way into the theatre world yourself. Plus we’ll get to First Things First, play an enlightening round of Insights IN 10 and spin some of his favourite show tunes along the way. So with all that ahead we best get to it – here’s my telephone conversation with the one and only Mark Ferraro-Hauck.
