Our chats will be just that very conversational, not entirely sensible and with any luck totally enjoyable. Truth be told, I can honestly say it’s always a delight to chat with today’s guest and I’d bet I’m not alone in that affirmation. As if her 5-Star reviews from all those HAPPY CLIENTS weren’t enough, she’s been named BEST REALTOR 4 years running in the Municipality of Chester’s People’s Choice BEST OF COMPETITION. I know she’s our resident expert in all things REAL ESTATE – having just been inducted into the PRIVATE OFFICE at Engel & Volkers, there’s nobody better to have on our side when you’re looking to buy or sell your home. So we’ll get the scoop on all the dos and don’ts and so much more – including the many reasons she loves living and working here on Nova Scotia’s South Shore and chat about all the changes she’s seen in the market as she celebrates her 9th anniversary as a realtor. We’ll also learn how her Nova Scotia film crew skills have served her well in this latest career and hear how she felt in front of the camera for one of A&E’s newest shows OCEANFRONT PROPERTY HUNT. We’ll also play two of our newest games THE FIRST WORD and THE FINAL COUNTDOWN and even spin some stellar songs with “HOME” as their primary focus. Hey and stick around for our final segment as I’ll have some amazing news on live music, TV premieres and production developments from right here homeland. So with all that ahead, we’d best get to it! Here’s my sit-down conversation with the one and only Susan Diamond. (you can find the player at the bottom of the page)
