Our chats will be just that very conversational, not entirely sensible and with any luck totally enjoyable…. and I’ll tell you what – it’s always a treat to catch up with today’s guest. Yes, because he’s always up to something wonderfully creative, but also because he’s got a hilarious way of telling you all about it. As evidenced in his best-selling book – “ALL OVER THE MAP: Rambles And Ruminations From The Canadian Road.” Indeed he’s come a long way from his Cape Breton roots – touring the globe with his stand-up comedy and making his way into homes year after year with his hit TV shows and comedy specials. And Fortunately for all of us, he’s still busy entertaining – in fact, he’s got a stand-up show this weekend in Lunenburg to raise funds for a truly worthwhile cause – the Stray Boar Ukraine Aid Project. So we’ll talk about that show and so much more – including the story behind his brand new comedy series “One Man’s Treasure” and what it means to escape his life in Toronto for some summer fun here in his seaside homeland.
