This is SEA AND BE SCENE … and HEARD rolling through our 6th season of celebrating 4 Atlantic Provinces here on COVE FM – where with each broadcast I want to bring you closer to some of the amazing personalities that make up this corner of the planet. They might be native to Nova Scotia or New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island or Newfoundland & Labrador – or they may be kindred spirits who simply adore living and working in Atlantic Canada . The only requirement here is that you’re willing to raise the fun flag and wave it in salute of Canada’s Awesome East Coast. And while it’s standard procedure to focus on one person per show – MY PACKED INBOX WORTH OF EXCEPTIONAL NEWS IN THE WORLD OF EAST COAST ENTERTAINMENT told me to make an exception this week. So buckle in as I begin to share the latest on everything from movies and TV shows filming in the region to some truly cool projects from East Coast folks now streaming and screening for your viewing pleasure. We’ll also share hot new tracks from EAST COAST ARTISTS and give you the lowdown on the lineups at some of the Summer Season’s hottest and newest music festivals. Plus will connect with True North Country Comics’ own John Swinimer for the rundown on East Coast Comic Expo and connect with Theatre Nova Scotia’s Executive Director Mark Ferraro Hauck to get the inside scoop on what’s hitting local theatre stages here in the Province.
